Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Canadian Returns

Our Return Promise
At Frxxwill Clothing Ltd., we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we produce. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date to receive a Frxxwill Digital Gift Card, redeemable online. Returns within Canada and The US are free of charge from shipping.

Return Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
– Items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
– Returns that are damaged, worn, or missing original tags will not be accepted.
– Collaborations, limited releases, and sale items are final sale.
– We do not accept returns for items not purchased directly from Frxxwill Clothing Ltd.

Once your returned item(s) have been received and verified, a digital gift card will be issued to the email address associated with the original order. For items purchased as gifts, the gift card will be sent to the gift recipient. Please allow 3–5 business days after the return is received for the gift card to be issued. During high-volume periods, processing may take longer. Gift cards are issued for the product amount only, shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return
To initiate an online return, please visit our Returns Portal at www.frxxwill.com/returns or email support@frxxwill.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Exchange Policy

Frxxwill currently does not offer direct item-for-item exchanges via online returns. If you wish to exchange an item, please return your original purchase for a digital gift card and place a new order for the desired item. All items must meet the same return eligibility criteria outlined above.

3. International Returns

If you are an international customer (outside of Canada & the US), you may return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund to your original method of payment, however, Frxxwill will not incur the cost of shipping.

Requirements:
– Items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
– Returns that are damaged, worn, or missing tags will not be accepted.
– Collaborations, limited releases, undergarments, bodysuits, and swimwear are final sale.
– All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days after your return is received for the refund to be issued. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To initiate an international return, please contact us at support@frxxwill.com to receive a return authorization number and shipping manifest.

4. Holiday Return Policy

To make gift shopping easier, all regular-priced and sale items purchased between November 1st and December 24th, each year may be exchanged or returned for a gift card until January 11th, of the following year.

Conditions:
– Items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
– Collaborations and bodysuits remain final sale.
Holiday returns are only accepted in the original country of purchase.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact suport@frxxwill.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. We will provide return instructions or a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Additional Notes

– Returns without authorization will not be processed.
– Frxxwill Clothing Ltd. reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy requirements.
– All approved returns will be confirmed via email once processed.
– Gift cards and store credits issued for returns do not expire and can be used both online and in-store.
