How will I know if my order is confirmed?
An email confirming your order will be sent to the email provided when order is placed.
How will I know if an order is delayed?
You will receive an email informing of any significant delays.
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped within 5 business days after the order is placed. Orders within Canada arrive with 5-10 business days, unless Express shipping is selected at checkout.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
If you need to cancel your order please reach out to our support team as soon as possible. Once successfully cancelled, funds will appear back to the original payment method between 1-3 business days.
Our team works quickly, and if you need to change the size or color of an item in your order, please let us know ASAP. We may not always be able to make changes to an order before it is dispatched, such as during sale periods. However, you may return the purchased item for a digital gift card and place a new order for the required item.
We are unable to add items to your order after it’s been confirmed, as we don’t have the authority to recharge your payment method. You can either place a new order for the extra items or cancel your order and place a new order with all of the items you need together.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking email when the courier service collects your order. All movements of the package can be tracked via the tracking number provided in the email.
If there are any delays with the shipping once it leaves us you can get direct updates from the carrier using the information in your tracking email or reach out to our support team for assistance.
