Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to our support team via email as soon as you notice the package is missing.
We need to get confirmation from the shipper that there was a misshipment/wrong delivery/incorrect delivery or delivery to the wrong address before issuing a refund or replacement.
We suggest that you do not allow couriers to leave packages without a signature
unless it can be left in a safe and secure location on your property. Packages that
are stolen from your property with authorization to leave may not be replaceable.
Change of Address
If you have entered an incorrect address for your order, please reach out to support@frxxwill.com a soon as you can – and provide the new address in full.
If you have already received tracking for your order and need to update the address, you can request a redirection by reaching out to the courier service directly with the information in your tracking email.
